Growth, a common thing that is more complex than it seems.  Though many strategies exist for an organization to follow in growing their business value.  The question that must be asked and answered is: What are our core competencies and capabilities, and do we need to grow to meet our goals and objectives?

Managing resources in a growth mode is a different ball game.  The managers responsible for growth must have a keen (not theoretic) sense of financial principles and the ability to manage the human resources of the organization as they expand.  Growth, if not managed properly can cause a downward spiral away from corporate goals and objectives.  It must be maintained and watched with a keen eye and sound knowledge of change.
